From venue and vendor selection, dinner and cake tastings, and design mock-ups, to choosing the perfect set of stamps for your save-the-dates, stuffing and sending your invitations, and hand-delivering your welcome amenities, we’ve got you covered.

You’ll have us as your right hand (women) from our first meeting until the moment we send you away on your honeymoon… and for all of the wine nights and celebrations that are sure to follow in the years to come!

Step 01:

Reach Out

The sooner, the better, but it’s never too late! We’ve planned weddings with two years to get it done, and we’ve even planned some in two months. Fill out our contact form as best you can, and we’ll get in touch to schedule a consultation.

Step 02:

Let’s meet

Because most of our clients live out-of-state, we host all meetings over Zoom. During your consultation, we’ll learn more about your vision, walk you through our process, showcase our tools, and decide if we’re a good fit for each other.

Step 03:

The fun begins

If we all agree that this is the perfect fit, you’ll sign the contract, pay our retainer, and schedule a kickoff meeting to get the planning started! From there, we’ll have monthly meetings until around 60 days out when our chats become more frequent.
